Kate Brown, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Human Resources Manager at the City of Bainbridge Island. They have held various positions there, including Executive Assistant and Senior Human Resources Analyst, from 2007 to 2012. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager for The Design and Technology Association from 2002 to 2006 and as the Internet Banking Manager at American Marine Bank from 2000 to 2002. Kate earned a BA in English from the University of the Pacific and completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management at the University of Washington, followed by PHR Certification from Seattle Pacific University.
