Jessie Ely has a diverse background in office operations and employee experience, with significant roles at Stitch Fix, including Office Ops Manager, Director of Employee Experience, Director of Office Operations & Corporate Events, and Sr. Director of Employee Experience. At Stitch Fix, Jessie implemented operational strategies during rapid company growth, managed corporate real estate transactions, and developed employee engagement initiatives. Currently, as Co-Founder of WESO Collective and Principal of Workplace Strategy at Resource Commercial Real Estate, Jessie supports high-growth companies with workplace strategy and execution. Additionally, Jessie holds experience in hotel operations and early retail management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Clothing with a focus on Marketing and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
