Paul Ballard is the Founder/CEO of WOW American Eats and has been the owner of PJ's Coffee of New Orleans/WOW Cafe and Wingery since 1995 and of Ideation Hospitality since 2018. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University (1988–1993). They are experienced in negotiation, catering, food and beverage, budgeting, and business planning.
