Andre’ Carr is the Director of Service and Delivery West Mifflin at Pittsburgh Regional Transit, where they have been since 2024. With extensive experience in the transportation and railroad industry, Andre’ previously served as an Assistant Manager of Transportation Training and held various roles including Dispatcher and Bus Operator at the Port Authority of Allegheny County. They have a background in military leadership from their time in the United States Army, where they worked as a Drill Instructor and NCOIC in various capacities. Andre’ graduated from the Eno Transit Mid-Managers Course Level 1 and Level 2, enhancing their skills in operations management and team building.
