Santosh Nair is a design executive with over 20 years of experience leading business transformation, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Experience Design at Pitney Bowes since 2018. In this role, Santosh focuses on experience design vision and strategy for a product portfolio exceeding $2 billion, while also scaling the Pitney Bowes Design System. Previously, Santosh held multiple positions at Pitney Bowes from 2007 to 2012, advancing through roles such as Principal Architect of User Experience and Senior Human Factors Engineer. Santosh earned a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Human Factors from Clemson University.
