Aurora Lumia has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles. At Pop Lab, from October 2019 to December 2020, Aurora worked as an Assistente all’infanzia, focusing on animation activities for a kid's area and themed birthday parties, alongside organizing events for Ikea. From December 2021 to February 2024, Aurora served as Addetta vendite at Stroili, responsible for store opening and closing, cash register operations, and order management. In early 2024, Aurora completed a curricular internship at Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro, gaining exposure to active labor policies and job placement activities. Most recently, from February 2025 to August 2025, Aurora held the position of HR Generalist at Pirelli, focusing on training and development, recruitment, communication, and industrial relations. Aurora is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sociology and Social Research at Università degli Studi di Torino following a Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Sciences from the same institution.
