Natalie Zacharova began their work experience in 2015 as a Junior Software Engineer as part of a rotation Student Program at Commerzbank AG. During this time, they gained skills in business analysis, manual and automated testing, and ITIL management, while also serving as the Deputy of IT Student Coordinator.
In 2016, Natalie continued as a Junior Software Engineer at Commerzbank AG, where they worked closely with senior developers to understand and implement new requirements. Natalie wrote server-side extensions using .NET technologies, C#, and custom Dynamics CRM SDK, as well as frontend features in JavaScript with HTML5 and CSS3 using jQuery and Knockout.
From 2017 to 2021, Natalie served as a Software Engineer at Commerzbank AG. Natalie'sresponsibilities included replacing in-house developed CRM systems with an integrated platform based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Natalie participated in the entire software delivery lifecycle, including business requirements elicitation, creating user stories, and customizing and implementing CRM features. Natalie also wrote reports using SSRS and FetchXML.
In 2021, Natalie joined Ataccama as a Product Manager, but their tenure lasted for a limited time until 2022.
Currently, Natalie is working as a Software Engineer at Pipedrive, starting in 2022.
Natalie Zacharova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Prague University of Economics and Business, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Natalie later pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology from the same university, graduating between 2017 and 2020. In addition, Natalie obtained certifications in "Become a Product Manager" from LinkedIn in February 2021 and "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customization and Configuration" from Microsoft in March 2017.
