Liina Adov is a seasoned professional in the fields of psychology and education, currently serving as the DEBI Manager and Senior Personal Coach at Pipedrive since February 2020, while also continuing as a Senior Personal Coach. Concurrently, Liina has held various academic roles at the University of Tartu since February 2013, including Lecturer, Junior Lecturer, Junior Research Fellow, and Teaching Assistant, specializing in social psychology courses. Liina's extensive experience as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist at OÜ Katriito involved working with individuals and therapy groups, particularly addressing social anxiety through cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, Liina represented PhD students as a Senator in the Faculty of Social Sciences, advocating for inclusive academic policies. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Tartu, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from the same institution, and training in cognitive behavioral therapy.
