Urmila Rathod is currently the Head of People Technology at Pinterest, where they manage system engineering initiatives. With over 12 years of experience in enterprise engineering, Urmila previously served as an Applications Manager in People Engineering at Meta, leading teams focused on Workday and Salesforce applications. Earlier, Urmila worked as a Technology Consultant at Hewlett-Packard and held various roles at Accenture and Illinois Business Consulting, where they provided strategic technological guidance. Urmila is pursuing a Master's Degree in Technology Management at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
