Peyton Sammons is a seasoned professional in the poultry industry with extensive experience in plant management and production oversight. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Pilgrim's since January 2023, Peyton previously held various managerial roles at Tyson Foods from December 2017 to January 2023, including Assistant Plant Manager, General Production Manager, Senior Production Supervisor, and Production Supervisor. Peyton started at Tyson Foods as a Processing and Live Production Intern, where responsibilities included managing broiler farms and supervising processing departments.
