Neal Pratt is a Partner and Chair of the Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group at Pierce Atwood LLP, where they focus on high-stakes litigation, including shareholder disputes and probate litigation. With over 30 years of experience, Neal has earned recognition as a leading trial attorney, known for their strategic planning and successful courtroom outcomes. Additionally, Neal has served as Co-Chair of the Probate and Trust Litigation Group and has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Constitutional and Criminal Law. Committed to community service, Neal has held leadership roles, including Board Chairman of the Cross Insurance Arena, and has coached youth sports teams to multiple championships.
