Tom Raffa is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the nonprofit and financial sectors, co-founding Raffa Technologies, Raffa Financial Services, Inc., Raffa Investment Advisers, and multiple consulting firms. As a partner and founder at Raffa Technologies from 1988 to 2023, Raffa has played a pivotal role in establishing organizations dedicated to supporting nonprofits and associations. Raffa served as the National Leader of the Nonprofit and Social Sector Group at Marcum LLP until retirement in September 2023, facilitating systemic change both nationally and globally. Current ventures include leadership positions at ThinkNimble, Pierian Services, and Pierag Consulting, while also acting as co-founder and advisor for Vardaan CSR.
