Kathleen Potts is the Director of Program Operations and Strategy in the Office of the CHIO at Piedmont Healthcare, where they focus on enhancing operational effectiveness. With an extensive background in healthcare administration, Kathleen has held multiple roles at Piedmont Healthcare from 2014 to present, including Business Development Analyst and Project Manager. Previously, they worked as a Medical Assistant at Resurgens Orthopaedics and an intern at Piedmont Athens Regional. Additionally, Kathleen was a professional pole vaulter, placing 5th at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials and qualifying for the 2016 Olympic Trials, and also served as a professional cheerleader for the Atlanta Falcons from 2012 to 2019. Kathleen earned a Master of Public Health from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Clemson University.
