Deepak Sharma is an admin and HR professional with a well-rounded experience in HR and administrative activities within manufacturing operations. They served as a Senior Executive in Admin and HR at Pidilite Industries Limited from 2013 to 2017, where they led the HR/admin team across four manufacturing plants and managed both HR and IR portfolios. Additionally, Deepak successfully completed the establishment of a greenfield Pidilite plant. Prior to this, they held HR roles at Ranbaxy and Marico Limited, where they executed a rewards and recognition program to enhance team excellence. Deepak holds an MBA in HRD from PTU-Jalandhar.
