Florian Geistdörfer is the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) at PI, where they hold global responsibility for sales, marketing, operations, and research. With over 20 years of experience in business growth and transformation across various industries, Florian has previously served as the VP of Organizational Development at Volvo Financial Services Europe and as the Founder and Managing Partner at Management Accelerated (MANAC). Florian began their career as a Senior Consultant at Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen, specializing in corporate strategy and organizational design. They hold a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick.
