Sanchay Kumar Sharma has a strong background in physics education, with a range of roles in various institutions. 🆂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 started their career as a Faculty of Physics at Scholars Academy in 2008 and then moved on to Pathfinders, where they continued as a Faculty of Physics from 2009 to 2010. Following this, Sanchay worked as a Faculty of Physics at Guru Dronacharya from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Resonance as a Faculty of Physics.

In 2015, Sanchay transitioned to Aakash Educational Services Limited, where they held several positions. 🆂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 began as the Academic Head of the IIT Wing from 2015 to 2017. 🆂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 then took on the role of Assistant Director from 2017 to 2018 and subsequently from 2018 to 2019. Sanchay was promoted to Regional Business Head of the Kerala Zone from 2019 to 2020. Finally, they served as the Deputy Director of Academics Operations and Excellence from 2020 to 2023.

Sanchay's most recent position is as the Regional Academic Head at PW (PhysicsWallah), starting in 2023. This role provides an opportunity for him to further utilize their expertise in physics education and contribute to the academic success of the organization.

In 2002, 🅂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 🆂🅷🅰🆁🅼🅰 began their education at Highschool U.P. Board, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics in 2004.

🆂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 then continued their education at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from 2006 to 2009.

In 2010, 🅂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 🆂🅷🅰🆁🅼🅰 pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics at Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, which they completed in 2012.

🆂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 then focused on enhancing their knowledge in specific areas. In 2014, 🅂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 🆂🅷🅰🆁🅼🅰 attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where they gained a post-graduate degree in Business Analytics for Strategic Decision Making.

From 2014 to 2015, they pursued further studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, specializing in Semiconductor Physics and Classical Mechanics.

Continuing their educational journey, in 2021, 🅂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 🆂🅷🅰🆁🅼🅰 enrolled in Manipal University Jaipur for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. 🆂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 focused on Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education, and is expected to complete the program in 2023.

In 2022, 🅂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 🆂🅷🅰🆁🅼🅰 pursued a Professional Certificate Programme in Advanced Strategy for Product & Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

In addition to formal education, they have also obtained various certifications to further develop their skills and knowledge. These certifications include World TESOL Academy, Course on Rotational Dynamics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Space Technology & Applications from ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization, and Course on Quantum Mechanics and Special Theory of Relativity from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. 🆂🅰🅽🅹🅰🆈 🅺🆄🅼🅰🆁 also completed a course on Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia and a course on Understanding Research Method from the University of London.
