Tom Pennington is the President, Co-Founder, and CEO of Physicians Rehab Solution and the founder and President of the Tennis Performance Institute. They previously co-founded Integrity Rehab Group and led it as President/CEO from 2000 to 2011. They have held leadership roles in Kentucky physical therapy organizations, including as Western District Chair of the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association since 2014, and they previously served as Chairman of the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy for three terms. They are pursuing Pre-Physical Therapy Studies/Business at Western Kentucky University and Physical Therapy at the University of Kentucky.
