Kate Johnson is a highly experienced marketing and advocacy professional currently serving as Chairwoman, Founder, and Advocate for the Parents and Carers Network since July 2024. In addition to this leadership role, Kate is a Campaign Marketing Lifecycle Manager at phs Group, with prior experience as Regional Fundraising Manager at Tenovus Cancer Care and Head of Marketing at the lcv group. Previously, Kate contributed to Swansea City Football Club and worked as Digital Marketing Manager for World Rugby, where responsibilities included managing integrated digital marketing solutions and CRM strategies. Early career roles include Head of Digital and Social Media at Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey Club and various marketing positions with Vivienne Westwood and IMG World Media. Kate holds a BA Hons in Fashion Promotion from the University of South Wales and a National Diploma in Fashion Design from Crosskeys College.
