Sanaz Faryadras is a Senior Laser Engineer at Photonics Industries Inc, where they have been applying their expertise since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at CREOL, The College of Optics & Photonics from 2024 to 2025, and were a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida from 2017 to 2024, focusing on nonlinear optics and ultrafast optics. Sanaz completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Laser and Optical Engineering at the University of Central Florida and holds two master’s degrees, one in Physics from Shahid Beheshti University and another in Laser and Optical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Their Bachelor's Degree in Solid-State Engineering Physics was earned at Azad University.
