Currently serving as the Head of M&A and Transformation at Phoenix Group, Shankoof is responsible for M&A integration and developing capability in Operations and IT. Past roles include significant positions at American Express, Barclays, and Visa Europe, where Shankoof led complex transformation initiatives across multiple countries. Shankoof holds an MBA and various management-related qualifications from The Open University and a degree in Political Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
