Melanie Buggins is the Lead Review Actuary in the Capital Validation team at Phoenix Group UK, where they have worked since 2022. Prior to this, Melanie held various roles at Aon Hewitt from 2011 to 2014, including Actuarial Analyst and Associate Consultant and Actuary. They also served as a Commercial Graduate and progressed to Senior Commercial Officer at BAE Systems between 2007 and 2009, as well as working as a Pensions Actuary within the company. Melanie earned an MSc in Actuarial Finance from Imperial College London and holds an MPhys in Physics with industrial placement from the University of Bath.
