Jesse Mauck serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Mergers, and Acquisitions, as well as the Chief Revenue Officer at Phoenix Group of Virginia, a defense contractor specializing in technical and engineering support services. Additionally, Jesse holds the position of Managing Director at Zigr Inc., a firm focused on Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory, targeting sectors such as Maritime, Aerospace, Defense, Government, and Technology. Since December 2023, Jesse has also been the Director of Fund Operations at GOVFUND US L.P., a venture capital fund aimed at supporting transitioning veterans and enhancing national security. Earlier experience includes assisting the campaign of Congresswoman Norma J. Torres as a Campaign Assistant with the California State Senate. Jesse earned an Associate's degree in International Business from Mt. San Antonio College between 2009 and 2012.
