Heather Shannon is the Senior Manager of Let’s Move Pittsburgh and Special Programs at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Previously, Heather worked at Congregation Beth Shalom Early Childhood Learning Center as a Math and Science Teacher and later as Project Manager for Educational Development, where they oversaw curriculum and led the accreditation process. Heather also served as Interim Director, managing staffing and parent outreach. Currently, Heather is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Saint Vincent College and a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Supervision at Carlow University.
