Russell “Aaron” Galloway has over a decade of experience in IT and business applications, currently serving as the Manager of IT Marketing Applications and Solutions Architect for Salesforce Digital Customer Experience at Phillips 66 since June 2012. In this role, Galloway developed and executed architectural strategies for Salesforce-based integrations, designed solutions, and collaborated with technical teams. Previous experience includes serving as an S/4 SAP Process Designer for Hydrocarbon Valve Chain, where Galloway successfully implemented solutions that enhanced efficiencies, and roles in commercial systems reliability and support, focusing on application infrastructure and environment management. Galloway began a career in cyber security as an intern at ConocoPhillips while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Baylor University.
