Matt Cullison currently serves as Manager of Area Operations at Phillips 66 since April 2023. Prior to this role, Cullison has had a long tenure at DCP Midstream, starting in January 2011, where positions included Asset Director for East Midcon, Field Operations Supervisor, Interim Asset Director, and Plant Supervisor, among others. Cullison began their career as a Cross Functional Technician at Colorado Interstate Gas Co from September 2007 to January 2011. Educational background includes studies at Garden City Community College from 2004 to 2005 and Seward County Community College and Area Technical School from 2000 to 2002.
