Ben Adelman is an experienced emergency response and security professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Emergency Response and Security Team Leader/Fire Chief at Phillips 66 since September 2005, Ben oversees the daily operations and maintenance of the refinery, ensures proper emergency response protocols are followed, and manages maintenance activities. Previously, from January 2000 to December 2014, Ben held the position of Deputy Chief at Skagit County Fire Protection District #2, where responsibilities included responding to various emergencies such as medical incidents, vehicle accidents, and structure fires, as well as serving in leadership roles during critical situations.
