Currently, Afsir leads Commercial Planning, Trade Marketing, and Sales at Philip Morris Bangladesh, where they drive business growth and innovative marketing strategies. Afsir has previously launched successful brands and initiatives, demonstrating a strong capability in consumer activation and team leadership. They hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Marketing and Finance from BRAC University, where they received the Vice Chancellor Award for outstanding academic performance.
