Julien Bourgeois is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Phigi, and serves as the Attaché pour la Science et la Technologie for the French Embassy in Indonesia, East Timor, and ASEAN. In this role, Julien is responsible for designing and implementing scientific cooperation strategies between France and Indonesia, developing research partnerships, and managing co-financing and Franco-Indonesian doctoral studies.
