Francesca Hill has extensive experience in the advertising and media industry, currently serving as AV Associate Director at PHD since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing campaigns for clients such as BHF, Etsy, and Squarespace. Previously, Francesca held various roles at Axiom Media from June 2015 to December 2021, progressing from Operations Assistant to Global Operations Manager, where responsibilities included launching the US branch and managing TV ad sales operations. Additionally, Francesca has experience in online content creation and a background in journalism through an internship at HELLO! Magazine. Francesca holds a degree in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London, and has pursued further education in TV from Thinkbox and other institutions.
