Julie Townsend is the Global Co-Head of Sustainability at PGIM Real Estate, where they oversee the sustainability strategy for the business across Europe, APAC, and Latin America. Julie has held various leadership roles, including Director of ESG for Europe and APAC at PGIM Real Estate and Executive Director at CBRE UK, where they established a successful Environmental Consultancy Group. They have served on advisory committees such as the UK Green Building Council and hold a Master's degree in Pollution & Environmental Control, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from The University of Manchester. Julie is also a current member of the Board of Advisors for Stickerbook and Co-Chair of the Investor Working Group at the Better Buildings Partnership.
