Hao Zhang, CFA, is the Director of Data, Analytics and Reporting at PGIM Private Capital, overseeing the organization’s data management processes and governance framework. With 25 years of experience in data management and strategy, Hao has held leadership roles across various prestigious firms, including New York Life Investments and Thomson Reuters. Hao has successfully implemented data governance programs, built data operation teams, and optimized reporting efficiencies. Currently, Hao is pursuing a Master of Art in International Commerce at the University of Kentucky while also studying Law at the University of International Relations.
