William Manheim is the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they served as Senior Director and Counsel at PG&E from 1995 to 2020. Manheim earned a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from American University and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
