Kristen Jensen, M.S., M.A., is a Senior Learning Strategist at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they develop and manage teams of instructional designers to achieve business goals in the Power Generation group. Previously, Kristen held various roles at Intel Corporation, Offermatica, and Itron, focusing on instructional design and training management. Kristen's extensive experience includes producing instructional videos and leading teams to create high-quality training materials for diverse audiences. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison while having previously earned a Master's degree in History from the University of Michigan.
