Zach Cox is currently the SVP of Customer Success at InMoment, where they focus on leveraging customer experience data to enhance business outcomes. Previously, Zach held roles such as VP of Customer Success at InMoment and Director of Customer Success at ReviewTrackers, driving improvements in customer insights and support. Earlier in their career, Zach worked at Yext and ShopLocal as a Senior Account Manager, managing client relationships and overseeing digital campaigns. Zach earned a BA in Communications from Truman State University in 2007.
