Dr. Sharon Monet Sifford-Wilson currently serves as the Sr. Director and Team Leader for Pfizer's Xeljanz/Inflectra GI East team. They rejoined Pfizer in 2019 after previously holding key roles at Novo Nordisk Inc., where they managed the Modern Insulin Portfolio and were the Medical Director for Victoza. Dr. Sifford-Wilson also contributed to diabetes and obesity initiatives during their earlier tenure at Pfizer and has experience in practicing Internal Medicine prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry. They hold an M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a BA in Biology from Franklin & Marshall College.
