Judy Franco has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily with Pfizer since January 1996, where Judy currently serves as the Outsourcing and External Business Lead for Global Toxicology. In this role, Judy manages the strategic aspects of outsourcing and external business functions, including outsourcing strategy and vendor relations. Judy has held several leadership positions at Pfizer, including Senior Scientist and Director, overseeing research animal supply and contracts for Comparative Medicine. Prior to Pfizer, Judy worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Summer Intern in Veterinary Services and at Ciba-Geigy as a Senior Associate Scientist specializing in histology, clinical pathology, and toxicology studies. Judy holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Sciences from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
