Haytham ElNoar is a senior biopharma leader with over 20 years of experience in vaccines, mRNA, biologics, and internal medicine. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director, Vaccines & Internal Medicine Regional TA Lead for Middle East, Russia, and Africa at Pfizer, overseeing significant P&L responsibilities. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Pfizer and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where they drove commercial strategies and managed cross-functional teams. Haytham holds a BSc in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Cairo and an MBA from Manchester Business School, along with a professional marketing diploma from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
