Fannie Mitronikas has extensive experience in risk management and compliance within the pharmaceutical and internal audit sectors. Fannie served as the Head of Risk Management and Compliance for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Biologicals from 2006 to 2008, where key responsibilities included managing the implementation of enterprise risk frameworks and promoting compliance programs. At Pfizer Canada from March 2008 to December 2011, Fannie held the role of Associate Director, enhancing the company's compliance program across all business units. Since January 2012, Fannie has been the Global Risk, Compliance and Controls Regional Director for Western Europe and Canada at Pfizer. Prior experience includes a directorial position in Internal Audit for Canadian Pacific (CP) SHIPS Inc., managing internal audit activities globally, and roles as Senior Internal Auditor and Manager in Internal Audit, focusing on operational and financial audit planning and execution. Fannie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from McGill University.
