David Lehman is a seasoned professional in political engagement and reputation strategy, currently serving as the Vice President at Pfizer since 2025. Previously, David held significant roles, including Vice President at Capitol 6 Advisors from 2019 to 2024 and Senior Director at PhRMA, where they focused on conservative and political outreach. David's extensive experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for Rep. Bob Goodlatte and as Counsel for both Rep. Lamar Smith and Rep. John J. Duncan, Jr. Additionally, they spent 17 years at the National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action as Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel. David earned a BA in European History from Biola University and a JD from Loyola Law School.
