Michael Cooke is an Ethics Attorney and In-house Counsel with extensive experience in legal affairs. They served as Senior Officer, Legal Affairs and Deputy Senior Counsel at The Pew Charitable Trusts from 2022 to 2024 and as General Counsel for the Board of Ethics of the City of Philadelphia in 2019. Michael has held various roles, including Staff Attorney at the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project and Associate at Burke O'Neil LLC. They obtained a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. from Sewanee-The University of the South. Currently, Michael is on the Board of Directors for the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws and the Board of Trustees for Princeton-Blairstown Center.
