Carlos do Carmo is a skilled project manager and offshore installation manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. They began their career as a shipping agent and international commerce specialist at TECHNIMAR/NAVTEC Engineering Ltd from 1994 to 2006, focusing on industrial maintenance and heavy industries service. From 2012 to 2013, Carlos contributed to the construction and commissioning of Petrobras oil platforms in China, and they have been serving as an offshore installation manager for Petrobras at the FPSO P-69 since 2018.
