Kartik Derasari is an experienced professional in solutions engineering, currently serving as the Solutions Engineering Lead for Google Cloud & Applied AI at Persistent Systems since May 2022. In this role, Kartik has designed and architected innovative AppDev, GenAI, and Data Analytics solutions for enterprise and SMB customers, while leading numerous CXO-level workshops aimed at AI transformation. Prior to this, Kartik was a Lead Software Engineer at MediaAgility, where responsibilities included leading a team to develop an AI/ML-based solution for wildfire mitigation. Kartik began with roles as a Software Engineer at a stealth startup, where a SaaS MVP was launched, and as a Software Intern focused on machine learning at Softvan Pvt Ltd. Kartik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
