Hitesh M. is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head for Americas at Persistent Systems since August 2022, Hitesh leads growth initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's overall performance. Previously, Hitesh held key leadership roles including SVP and GM for Global Professional Services at AgileThought - Motivus, where a successful SPAC listing was achieved, and Executive Vice President at ATMECS Inc. Prior experience includes significant positions at DXC Technology, where responsibilities included managing a $942 million portfolio and driving strategy and client experience for Banking & Capital Markets, as well as positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Wipro Technologies, where growth and client satisfaction were central focus areas. Hitesh holds an advanced management qualification from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
