Michael Ricalde II is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Performance Contracting, Inc. since September 2016, Michael previously held roles as a Project Manager at KHS&S Contractors, where responsibilities included coordinating with field managers and managing subcontractors for ornamental plaster projects. Prior experience includes a Project Manager position at ADCO/Grier, focusing on safe and timely project completion, as well as roles in estimation and project supervision at Western Partitions. Michael holds a Certificate in Construction Management from UC Davis Extension, an AA in Applied Science from Renton Technical, and completed the L.A.D.S. Program with expertise as a Journeyman Steel Stud Framer Drywaller.
