Dean's career also includes a position as an Outside Sales Representative, Estimator, and Project Manager at Sunbelt Rentals and a progression from yard help to outside sales at Ivy Hi-Lift, where the scaffolding operations were initiated. Dean's professional journey began in 1989, showcasing a strong background in sales and project management within the scaffold sector.
