Mohnisha Dugar is a first attempt qualified Chartered Accountant with six years of work experience in credit and risk management, primarily in the fintech sector. Mohnisha has held key positions at companies such as Intellegrow, Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited, and Devdhar Joglekar and Srinivasan, where Mohnisha contributed to credit appraisal and risk analysis. Currently, Mohnisha works as a Senior Manager at Perfios, having previously served in various capacities including Area Credit Head and Senior Associate. Mohnisha earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing from H R College of Commerce & Economics and completed the Chartered Accountant program through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
