Wendy Van Oevelen has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Wendy started their career as a Buyer & logistic responsible at P.R.D. (Spector) in 1998, then moved on to Nestlé S.A. as a Supply & Demand Planner. Wendy later joined Reckitt Benckiser as a Logistic & Embellishment Manager for Benelux before taking on various roles within the company, including SAP Super User Logistics and Business Process Owner. Most recently, they worked at Perfetti Van Melle as a Supply Chain Process Excellence Lead.

Wendy Van Oevelen graduated with a Licence en sciences économiques appliquées in applied economics from U.C.L. in 1997. In 2002, they also obtained a Licence spéciale en management Logistique from Impact Cooremans. Additionally, they received certifications in Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from The Knowledge Academy in 2020.
