Emma Laivisto serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Perfat Technologies since November 2025. Previously, Emma was the Head of Distributor Sales at Valio from August 2022 to November 2025, overseeing global distributor sales for value-added ingredients, and also held the role of Customer Development Manager, focusing on international B2B sales and leveraging a background in nutritional science. Prior experience includes Export Manager at Raisio, where Emma led global B2B sales for oat-based ingredients, and Key Account Manager at both Puratos and Solina, contributing to business development and strategic concept sales. Emma's career began with project management and food safety initiatives at Viikki Food Centre, along with roles in fitness and production. Emma holds a Master's degree in Food Technology from the University of Helsinki and has completed various studies in sports medicine and fitness training.
