William Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and advisory roles. After retiring in July 2022, Harris served as a Senior Law Enforcement Advisor at Peraton Labs since May 2021, following a similar position at Vencore Inc. from October 2017 to May 2021, where contributions included serving as a Law Enforcement and Fusion Center Advisor. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Law Enforcement Advisor at PAE Consulting Engineers and as a Law Enforcement and Fusion Center Advisor at USIS. Harris’s long-standing career in law enforcement includes a significant tenure at the Delaware State Police, culminating in the rank of Captain. Education includes a Master of Science in Management from Johns Hopkins University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
