Mohamed Shams Chougle is a seasoned professional in global supply chain innovation and transformation, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Integration for PepsiCo's energy drink category. They have held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager within PepsiCo, where they successfully led large-scale engineering and innovation projects across multiple regions. Previously, Chougle contributed to the energy sector as an intern at Alubond Middle East and founded the BITS Energy and Sustainability Team at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Dubai. Chougle earned a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and completed a course in Business Model Innovation at The Wharton School.
